At Treendoraa, we are committed to delivering your orders in a reliable, timely, and cost-effective manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, rates, and related procedures.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if your order experiences any unexpected delays.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order processing period. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
  • We periodically offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying orders (typically orders over a specified minimum threshold). Eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Expected delivery date

You can also track your order by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website and entering your order number and email address.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) — for standard and economy shipments
  • UPS (United Parcel Service) — for expedited and express shipments
  • FedEx — for select express and oversized shipments

The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your location, package size, and chosen shipping method.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions (storms, natural disasters)
  • Carrier operational delays or capacity constraints
  • High-volume periods (holiday seasons, sales events)
  • Customs clearance for applicable shipments
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure events, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues.

6.2 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@treendoraa.shop. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

6.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Treendoraa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
  2. Look for an attempted delivery notice from the carrier.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  4. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.

6.4 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States and wish to purchase from us, you may use a freight forwarding service at your own risk and expense. Treendoraa is not responsible for items once they are delivered to a freight forwarder.
